The property is a renovated hotel room, decent furniture. Bath tub didn’t drain well. TV was not working. Tried calling and texting Jack as listed on property information, no response. It is listed as having washer/dryer, no appliances on property

We stayed here for UNI Family Weekend and the location was perfect, just a short walk to everything on Main Street and the Farmers Market. The room met our needs since we spent most of our time at our daughter’s place. It’s an older unit compared to the one our friends stayed in, but it was comfortable and worked well for us. We’d stay here again.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had booking a place to stay. This was incredibly frustrating and I hope VRBO does something to make sure someone coming from out of town doesn’t have to waste time and money just to find out someone is already staying in the place they had reserved.

Showed up and immediately notice the bad smell. Like wet dog. Then begin to notice how filthy the property was. Nothing was clean. Then noticed the bathtub and how it was full of hair. That was because of the drain didn't work. So questionable spots of black mold. Decided within an hour that we couldn't stay there. Booked a different hotel in town. What a horrible inconvenience.
