The property was good the room was average in terms of cleanliness. One of the wood night stands still had sticky dried soda on it. The bathroom was missing the hair dryer.

Unfortunately my check in was delayed over an hour due to limited housekeeping and my room not being ready. In addition, neither the iron or the microwave worked properly. However the staff (namely Michelle), despite being overworked, was extremely gracious and helpful. Because of that, I still considered my stay a good one.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Pretty quiet as far as hotels go. The breakfast was nice as well. Would def stay again!

This is not a 3 star property. The employees seem overworked. There was regularly no one at the front desk. The smell on the 3rd floor was disgusting due to persistent issues with the guest laundry facility.

We stay here every year for state trap competition And I must say this year was a much better experience than last year. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and plentiful, and everything was very clean. The only thing I would add is a little more parking

Unpleasant night
I booked a king suite not expecting it to be an adjoining room to another. The party in the adjoining room was up until 3 AM laughing, talking loudly and even periods of crying. There was no binder with hotel info in the room and the phone wasn't found until the next morning stashed in a cubby capartment in the nightstand; otherwise I would have called the front desk for support.
