We waited a while to check in as the front desk was on two phone calls. We booked a King room through Expedia but she gave us two doubles instead even after I showed her my confirmation. Housekeeping never serviced the room on a 3 night stay (garbage full, used towels not taken, and sink drain plug broken and unusable). Asked for a quiet room and was given a room on the highway side. Bed was comfortable, refrigerator was cold. The room itself seemed pretty clean.
