Evenings would be better for a family. 1 bathroom for 5 people was ok, but made it comparable to a hotel room. Beds were not comfortable at all unless you like extra hard. We did have a mix-up with not having a parking pass, but the time of year I stayed meant that it really didn't make much of a difference. Food Lion was close by for any groceries we needed. The kitchen was nicely supplied with all we needed for our cooking needs. It was nice to have a washer and drier for convenience of washing clothes while cooking dinner and reviewing the houses we saw that day. "We were a group of 5 adults. Nice property with lots of bedrooms and amenities. Right on beach and folks enjoyed the hot tub. A little too early and chilly for pool. Only drawback was we come down in 3 trucks, and parking is really only convenient for 2 vehicles. This neighborhood also has no on-street parking. So 2 vehicles is all this property can accommodate comfortably, which is unusual given the number of bedrooms and people it can accommodate."

The grounds itself has plenty to do from tennis/pickleball, 2 hot tubs, 3 pools (one indoor), playgrounds, etc. It also has direct beach access and is walkable to a few shops, even to the boardwalk if you don't mind walking a bit.
