Room and bathroom were very clean. Lots of hot water in the shower. The bed covers were exceptional, but the bed was a bit lumpy. None the less, I got a good night's sleep.

Clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Strange way to check in. There isn’t any staff at check in. They send you a key code by text msg. Our first code didn’t work and had to call and get a second code. Breakfast was really limited and wasn’t ready at 7am as it was supposed to be. It was closer to 8am.

Property is centrally located in the Les Cheneaux area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Property is dated, and back parking lot of hotel had no lighting, also need more lighting in the room. Pool was not open.
Our stay was pretty good. The communication on getting into our rooms and such was great! Being able to take our doodle with us was great! The room was fairly clean. The blanket on the bed was stained up and the water had a sulfur smell to it. For what we needed, the room was very succulent!

Bucket list trip
The room was comfortable and clean. No one at desk at check in. The code didn't work for our room. Shower had no water pressure. Minimal breakfast. We ate out instead. Plus, the room was over priced. We paid it because there were no alternatives for housing.
Great place to stay!! Was quite surprised, better than initial glance. Comfy beds, not much breakfast to choose from. Enjoyed a bagel with cream cheese.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
A little tired, but very clean. Room lacked easily accessible plugs for charging phone and for plugging in CPAP near the bed.
Breakfast so-so, but nice to get coffee to go!
Refrigerator didn’t work the majority of time we were there. Heat lamp in Bathroom didn’t work the majority of the time. Bed was to hard for our liking
Perhaps it is a sign of the times but we never encountered any staff. No one at the desk for check in or check out. The breakfast was obviously set out by someone but it was not worth staying for anyway. The room was great and had the breakfast been worthy, I would have given them an excellent rating.
I received a text message before I arrived at this facility. The text gave me a code that allowed me to enter my room. The room was not pre warmed before my arrival. The room did exceed my expectations. The large jaqueze was a nice surprise. The breakfast offering was minimal. A printed message at the office thanked patrons for their business and advised that their checkout was already complete. I was not pleased with the unlighted parking lot. I did not see or hear any staff members during my entire stay
Run down motel with obvious full time residents living there. Dirty carpets in halls and room. Furniture from the late 80's/90's. No staff to be found at 5 pm when we checked in. The exterior had trash piled up around the entrance, guys out front in the lot smoking all hours of the day and night. The building was poorly maintained with ratty landscaping, bugs and cobwebs all over the lights, dried up potted plants and broken laundry equipment. Just overall a poorly maintained facility.
