"Went to this hotel the first day it opened for the season - we are totally green and didn't understand season lol. Service was excellent. Room had an amazing view, was a nice size, and was clean. Some of the features seemed old but were clean so no biggie to me. My only complaint is the pillows were either rock hard or felt like they were filled with cotton balls, but I am very hard to please on pillows so take that with a grain of salt. They have a shuttle to the ferries but you could actually walk they were so close. TBH I didn't expect much from a Best Western, but this stay was really really lovely."

"We truly enjoyed our stay and upgrade. We were celebrating our 34th. Anniversary and they left us a bottle of wine and complementary glass. Staff was amazing and very helpful. It was raining and the lady at the front desk loaned me her personal umbrella. I highly recommend. Cindy"

"I’ve stayed at this property twice within the last 2 years. We generally go in late fall so it is off season. My only gripe about the area is there’s a lot of seasonal places that close for the off season so it narrowed what we could do around town considerably. The resort staff was amazing. And the pool and whirlpool was open 24hrs which was a huge plus. There was a full breakfast which consisted of sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit. We will continue to stay with this resort in the future!"
