'Northside' Cottage w screened in porch

- Two story cottage on the lake

- Bunk room with 4 total twinXL beds. (2 bunk beds)
- Master with queen
- Queen bed with 2 twin XL (bunk bed).
- One Twin XL bed on the first floor

The Space:
The entire outdoor area is shared between three cottages. There is a small evergreen between porches for privacy but some guests don't feel private enough. You will pass other guests at the beach, boathouse and driveway.

Guest Access:
There are two doors on the home. One has a code lock and the other door leads to the front screened in porch.

The Neighborhood:
There are three cottages on the property with a shared beach, fire pit, boat house, and boat trailer parking. We are on a public paved street with homes along the shoreline of Lake Huron. There are two gas stations and boat repair businesses on our street.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. You can walk to town (10minutes) for coffee, food, ice cream etc.

Other Things to Note:
Water softener and filter (Drinkable). Roku TV and soundbar. Additional TwinXL bed in living room on the main floor.
