El personal de recepción fue especialmente atento y empático. En general todo el personal es atento y amable. La habitación amplia y limpia. El desayuno es fabuloso. Está muy bien comunicado. Nuestra estancia no pudo ser mejor.

Arrived during the Spanish holiday season. Hotel was full. Our room was clean and had a lovely view over Toledo. Pool was closed as off season but imagine it would be fun over the summer. Ok for a night or two. Please add a kettle in the room.

Staff were lovely, professional & very helpful. Room was a good size and well maintained. Good food in the adjoining restaurant despite it being noisy and smoky. Overall a great value for a one-night stay so close to Madrid on a big holiday weekend.
