We loved our room - 313. There’s an elevator! There’s AC. There’s even water to fill up your bottles at reception. Coffee and a Terrance in the back. Our room
Had a large bathroom with a bidet. There were two terraces next to the bed. Great selections at breakfast- hot items were always the same tho : scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes. But lots of bread to choose from and cheese and deli meat. It’s an easy walk downhill to everything and places to eat but the uphill climb back can be rough after a day of exploring.

We absolutely loved this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout. The room was spacious with a separate seating area and had a very comfortable bed with luxurious bed linen. The staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The garden area was an additional bonus; a great area for a drink or to make use of the swim in and out pool.
Porto is a great city to explore - we can’t wait to return and would definitely return to the GA Palace.
