A charming apartment located right in the historic centre of Ceglie Messapica, equipped with all the amenities needed to accommodate four people. The apartment is located in a very convenient area, within walking distance of all the main attractions, such as the Ducal Castle and the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta, with plenty of restaurants and all the essential amenities. It’s also just a 15-minute drive from Ostuni and 20 minutes from its beautiful marina. The Ceglie train station is just a 5-minute walk away.



The 50-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building with a separate entrance from the street (please note there is a low step at the entrance) and is laid out as follows:



- KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, and conventional oven

- LIVING AREA with a dining table, armchair, and TV

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and split A/C

- BEDROOM II with two single bunk beds and an open closet in a niche

- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



PLEASE NOTE: The two bedrooms are adjoining and are NOT separated by a door, but only by a curtain.



Additional amenities available to guests: Pocket Wi-Fi (up to 500 GB/month), heat pump heating, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Other things to know:

- The front door keys are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

- The fireplace is not in working order.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Ceglie Messapica Climate Zone D: 11 days per year from November 8 to April 7.

Nestled among trulli and olive groves, Ceglie Messapica is one of the largest villages in the beautiful Val d’Itria and one of the oldest towns in all of Puglia. Located in a unique area, it boasts a wealth of natural beauty, from the Mediterranean scrub to the nearby sea, from the trulli to the caves, to the centuries-old olive groves and historic farmsteads. There are also numerous monuments: the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta, the town’s main place of worship, and the Ducal Castle with its beautiful Norman Tower dating back to 1100, to name just a few. Also not to be missed is an excursion to the Montevicoli Caves, rich in stalactites and stalagmites that form whimsical shapes, which can also be visited at night.

The accommodation is located right in the centre, just a few minutes’ walk from essential amenities such as bars, a supermarket, and a pharmacy.
