About this property

Messapica House

  • A charming stone house that has been fully restored in keeping with its original architectural style and materials. The house is located on a quaint alley in the old town, near the Church of St. Anthony and the theatre. It is on the mezzanine level and is accessed by climbing three steps. At the entrance, you’ll find a living/dining area with a sofa (that converts into a bed), a dining table, and a small kitchen set in an alcove. The soaring ceilings feature stone cross vaults. There is also a bedroom and a spacious bathroom, both featuring stone vaults. The house is equipped with heat pump-based heating and air conditioning systems that maintain an ideal temperature year-round, free Wi-Fi, and is ideally located for excellent reception from any mobile network provider. Although located in the old town, the house is accessible by car, and street parking is available nearby. <br>CIS BR07400391000014732 - CIN IT074003C200050758

Urlaub Italien
