Open kitchen with dining area, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine Chicco d'Oro and window. On the 1st floor: two double bedrooms (bed 180x200 cm). Shower/sink and a separate WC with sink. Comfortable furnishings. In the basement, you will find a communal sauna. Pets are not allowed. At the municipality of Celerina you can get weekly tickets for CHF 15.00 for the public car park 50 metres below the house. No bike room.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Residenza Mulin, built in 1983, is a multi-family house in a quiet and sunny location. About 50 m from the house there are tennis courts in summer and an ice rink in winter. Post office and railway station are approx. 500 m, the mountain railway Saluver/Marguns is approx. 300 m away. Various restaurants as well as the cross-country skiing trails are in the immediate vicinity.

Die Tischsets waren leider ziemlich verschmutzt und nur mit dem Putzlappen abwischen nützte nichts..
Die Tischsets waren leider ziemlich verschmutzt und nur mit dem Putzlappen abwischen nützte nichts, da man damit nicht in die kleinen Zwischenräume der Plastiktischsets gekommen ist. Vielleicht könnte man sie einmal in der Waschmaschine reinigen. Vielen Dank.
Frisch renovierte Wohnung an ausgezeichneter Lage. Eisfeld gleich nebenan, Bahnhof, Bergbahn, Einkauf, Loipe in kürzester Gehdistanz.
Hat alles für vier Personen.
Kein Parkplatz bei der Wohnung. Allerdings grosser Platz ca. zwei Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Parkkarte kann bei der Gemeinde für CHF 15.— pro Woche gekauft werden.

Die Anfahrt nach Celerina mit der Bahn ist jedes Mal ein High Light (die Albulastrecke ist wunderbar) und der Aufenthalt im Oberengadin ist jedes Mal super!
Die Möglichkeit mit dem Engadinbus Ticket ist praktisch und wird von uns rege und mit Freude benutzt.
Gebt weiterhin Sorge zu dieser wunderbaren Landschaft!!! Wir geniessen jede Minute in dieser Natur.
Herzlichen Dank für die Schlüsselübernehme im Tourismusbüro Celerina, es wäre sehr umständlich für uns, wenn wir mit dem Gepäck erst noch nach St. Moritz zur Schlüsselübergabe reisen müssten. Auch die Schlüsselrückgabe war sehr angenehm für uns! Herzlichen Dank für Ihr Entgegenkommen!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, wir haben uns sehr wohl darin gefühlt.
Eine einzige kleine Anmerkung: in der Toilette im ersten Stock funktionierte der Luftabzug nicht, dies könnte zum Problem werden, wenn 2 Familien dort wohnen wollen.
