4½-room apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor. 1st floor with entrance and coat rack, 3 bedrooms (including 1 with bunk bed) and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom with shower/WC/bidet and one bathroom with bathtub, Jacuzzi/WC. 2nd floor with a large, cosy, bright living/dining room, fireplace, a large couch and dining table, TV and Internet. Semi-open kitchen with oven, fridge, Chicco d'Oro coffee machine and dishwasher. 1 Guest bathroom with WC/sink. Garage parking space (height 210cm). Ski and bike room for shared use. Pets are allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Suot Larsch was built in 1985 in the Engadine style and is situated on the road to St. Moritz in a quiet, sunny location with unobstructed mountain views. There are various restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. The Saluver/Marguns mountain railway is a 5-10 minute walk away. Cross-country skiing tracks are nearby.
