We had a wonderful stay at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel. The views of the water are absolutely gorgeous, and the entire property is exceptionally clean and well-kept. The staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. We can’t wait to come back!

Immaculate property and everything is so well thought out. Coffee is available every morning on each floor. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Great restaurant and bar too. Beautiful views.

We stay here 4 or more times a year. Comfortable, clean, very professional staff. Great bartender, everyone was well served. Restaurant was busy, so we enjoyed the bar ordering a delicious dinner. Try the Pork chop. Very tasty. Will be back again.

The grounds of this hotel were fantastic. Everything was clean and well maintained and the view was lovely. However, I missed simple things, such as having a coffeemaker in the room. Also, I felt the dining options were too limited. There were specific hours and menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner and room service was available only after nine PM.

The hotel vastly exceeded expectations in every way. It is truly a 5 star experience. The hotel has massive lakefront and is incredibly well maintained. The service is well above a normal hotel. If I had known how nice it was I would’ve planned a longer stay. I can’t wait to go back

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious with a gorgeous view of the lake. They have coffee stations on every floor which is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We were stopping for a night on the way home from the East coast and chose this hotel. The surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy but the hotel itself is amazing. It’s VERY clean and well appointed as well as comfortable. The service was excellent and so was the food in the restaurant. The grounds are immaculate. The view of the lake was beautiful. It was a really pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our stay!
