"Lovely huge rooms. Outdoor bathroom was really great and authentic. Had lovely hot shower water every day no matter what time we took showers. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind. We got our laundry done overnight which was super helpful given we were travelling for a month in Lombok. Staff and service. Views are wonderful. Pools, lounging chairs. Beach access was not busy. Breakfast was included and many options. Nice place to walk around. Loved the pool villa with a private swimming area.

Rooms were very nice but somethings were a bit dated/didnt work well (locks, doors). Sewer smell coming up from the toilet and shower drain.

"We had a wonderful stay at Qunci Villas. We were upgraded from a sea view room to room 23, which had fantastic views. Food was fabulous, spa treatments very good.
Due to travel problems we had to stay an extra night in another room in the garden area and at the far side of the resort. The room was lovely, but the noise from the local mosque was quite intrusive, especially at 5.10am! Earplugs were offered and of course local customs have to be respected, but if we had booked 4 nights in that room we would have been most disappointed.
