Excellent for an overnight or two stay with incredible views. Staff were very friendly. Room was modern and clean, although AC took a long time to cool room down and shower rail was broken. Pool looked amazing but we didn’t have time to use. Not much in the way of ‘tourist’ amenities outside although there are shops and local restaurants. Sadly the western options for breakfast were very poor and the coffee was the worst we had during our 3 week trip in Indonesia - instant Nescafé.

Clean, sufficently well equipped and very friendly staff. The restaurant service was…. non-existent. At lunch I was alone in a 40 seat diner; the receptionist didn’t know what time they opened? The hurriedly found me a waiter. Extremely friendly, but how does that work? However, in Mataram, it’s probably the best place to stay

This is the best hotel in Mataram I had ever been stayed. The breakfast is as good as Aston hotel. The quality is better than Aston and Golden or Lombok Plaza. The Spa is the best. The service is made me feel comfortable. I will live again. Also, will introduce my guests live here.
