This is the second time staying here and the service and hotel is great!! Staff goes above and beyond their jobs to help and the hotel is immaculate. Its location is just a short walk from Plaza Mayor yet is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. The views are fantastic!! On some mornings like today you can watch the hot air balloons take off and float overhead. I travel a lot and give this hotel my highest praise. One note, the hotel is on different levels so you may need to climb a few stairs (there are handicap lifts if needed though).

parking lot was very rude and doesnt provide help with luggages and force you to park on the down floor and walk a long distance without asistance and not elevator for people with disabilities, room doesnt have fridge working on proper temperature and front desk doesnt aloud to change the room or fix the situation, very bad service at all

"Hemos pasado un fin de semana en familia y ha ido muy bien. Repetimos por segunda vez y no dudamos que habrá una tercera. Un alojamiento muy cómodo, solo decir que en las habitaciones hacia mucho calor a pesar del ventilador. Por lo demás, todo perfecto y lo mejor la piscina."
