"I really adored both Bacalar and this hotel. The design is so wild and whimsical, the staff are so sweet and helpful, the beds are nice and comfy and the location is perfect. Great coffee and’s food with in a block and right by an entrance to the lagoon. Also really loved the hotels very sweet furballs!"
"Impeccable amenities, very friendly staff, awesome location right in front of the lagoon. Clean and specious room with excellent views!
Loved everything from the moment of arrival! "
"We would definitely stay again. The room was clean and modern. It was walking distance to the fort and all the restaurants. There is a cafe right across the street that had a great breakfast and service. And there is a beer store on the corner. "
"Excelente lugar en medio de la selva; lo único malo fue que en cada noche había unas aves cerca que hacían un ruido excesivo y no nos dejaron dormir. "
"Very nice, well-maintained property. Place was clean, quiet, had convenient parking, and was walkable to town. Lake access with equipment, onsite bar/restaurant and a private patio made it top notch. Would recommend. "

"Very friendly staff. We loved the women at the front desk and Esperanza and Ciel in the restaurant. Housekeeping and the turn down service added to an enjoyable experience behind the scenes. "
"It's very difficult and confusing getting to the location. You have to drive down a trail from the main road to get to the office to check in. The pier that is the main highlight on Expedia is far away from the property. It's very decieving. But once you get situated it's ok. The room I had was much closer to the pier than the other rooms closer to the office. The pier is great though."
