Amazing, boutique stay! The room was simple and beautifully appointed, leaving all the emphasis on the fantastic view. The staff was warm and welcoming; cheers to Alicia, Lauro, Jonathan, and Jovani for making our stay so special. The staff was super courteous. Everything seemed clean for the most part. The personal pool wasn't clean. It had a bunch of little bugs floating that you could only see at night. However, I feel it's only right to say I'm missing a $100 bill from my bag. Also, i had to look closely at my bills before paying them. Twice i was being overcharged and had it corrected. They hold the cc machine so you can pay, but not see the invoice, while telling you the price. Beautiful views and awesome lagoon!!

Exceeded expectations

The highlight of our trip to Mexico! We were warmly welcomed with an early check-in and a complimentary upgrade on arrival. The room was beautiful, with a spectacular view of the lagoon. We enjoyed our stay at Amainah. Super friendly staff who are able to answer all of our questions. We have a great view of the lagoon. Our favorite part is the paddleboarding at sunrise (SUP provided by the hotel). about 10 min car ride from city center.

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at Aminah. The hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing. But what really made our experience perfect was the staff. They were absolutely amazing: warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We highly recommend Aminah. We really hope to return one day :)
