Stayed here for 3 days total & our experience wasn’t the greatest. Upon arriving we were offered to upgrade our room well we ended up switching rooms because the tub was too high for an older lady to reach. The rooms smelled like mildew & even though we did bring it to the staffs attention nothing helped as the smell still stayed. My cousins room did not have hot water, part of the lights didn’t work, the sliding door for the balcony did not lock. This hotel definitely needs a MAJOR update everything is so outdated. Beware they would try to talk you into becoming a member & waste your time, do NOT fall for the free breakfast scheme. I would definitely not stay here again

We did not like anything at this hotel. Waste of money. The food was terrible and extremely overpriced, the pools were dirty, the AC never seemed to work and the bathroom and shower smelled like sewage. The drinks were watered down and expensive. The check in and check out staff were rude, abrasive and condescending and inflexible. We've traveled to Cancan several times and this was far was the worst hotel we've stayed in. Lesson learned never to stay here again nor would I ever recommend this.
