"The staff were very approachable and helpful. Once we checked in we had issues with the WiFi and TV not connecting the staff did their best to solve the issue and once learning they needed an engineer they instantly upgraded our room. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. The roof top garden with pool is stunning though not big enough for the amount of guests and like everywhere you had people who would put towels down first thing and not be there most of the day. Con - noise, the walls are thin and if you are noise sensitive it may not be the place for you. Pro - very convenient, a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and 5-10min walk to the beach. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would return."

"We loved our stay at Jungala!! The suites are roomy, spotless, tastefully decorated with almost any amenity you would need. The service was impeccable. We had access to the grounds & pools of the other beautiful hotels within the Vidanta complex. We would definitely choose to stay here again on a future trip to the Riviera Maya! "
