"Very nice stay! Mellow calm vibes which is great for people who aren’t into party vibes, everyone was so kind and the layout of the hotel was very comfortable. Lots of seaweed but I guess that’s normal for July, the pools are so nice we didn’t really miss out on the beach."

"My wife and I recently stayed at the Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya from June 28th to July 3rd, and we had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. This resort exceeded every single one of our expectations! Here are a few highlights from our stay: The Pool: Absolutely spectacular and incredibly clean. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun every day. The Staff: Simply amazing! Every single staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their hospitality is unmatched. The Food: Excellent! Every meal was delicious, with a fantastic variety of options that kept us looking forward to every breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Rooms: Spotless, beautiful, and so comfortable. Coming back to such a clean and inviting room each evening made our vacation feel truly luxurious. We cannot recommend the Valentin Imperial enough to everyone looking for the perfect Mexico getaway. We will definitely be visiting again in the future! Thank you for an incredible vacation!"

"We stayed at Occidental by Xcaret for 9 nights. The property is beautiful gives you jungle feeling. The location is great and you can walk to Xcaret. After 9 nights and meeting many staff. There was a few staff that truly were amazing and went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. Ismael works as a bartender, he is a genuine sweet person and I was not feeling good one day and he made me a drink and I felt so much better afterwards. Emilia the morning buffet captain was extremely helpful and went out of her way for my food restrictions with gluten. She was very nice and attentive to us. Apolinar the waiter and Luis the cook making omelets were very hard working and very pleasant and genuine sweet people. The hotel is beautiful but there are areas that do need a bit of an upgrade. The one thing we did not like is you have to make reservations for restaurants in advance, if you are visiting for a couple days you may not be able to get reservations. The restaurants were never full or crowded. They need to have more gluten free options. Overall our stay was amazing and we had a very nice time."

"This is an excellent hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The food is delicious, and there are lots of things to do nearby. You can find great shopping for clothes and souvenirs, walking areas, and clubs right in the vicinity along 5th Avenue. Plus, the local architecture and souvenirs were half the price compared to the airport shops!"

"The good: great pools, great food variety and quality of food was good and restaurants were really good, great gym, rooms were really nice and relatively quiet. The bad: wifi is terrible, dinner reservation system was a joke. Not their fault but the seaweed shut the beach down the whole trip so no beach access at all. The resort itself was lovely but I won’t go back to Cancun due to seaweed."

"Food delicious, pools clean, drinks all premium. The only thing I would not recommend is Teatro del Rio, not because of the show(which is phenomenal) but the food was horrible,, I think the should not be offering food if is not going be be at the high of rest of the restaurants."
