"The property was true to the listing, we loved working with Valentina who was very responsive to any needs. We felt safe in the house due to the storm windows when the hurricane descended upon the Yucatan. The only suggestion I would have is providing better access to clean towels throughout the stay."

"Giorgia was great communicating and making sure we got to the house okay. The neighborhood was beautiful quite and safe, security guards are very nice and helpful. Days before our arrival I was reading the recent reviews and I asked for updated pictures to confirm some things, she didn’t send pictures saying the house looks like it does in the pictures.
