"The staff we encountered was absolutely incredible. Food was delicious, every plate was cleaned! It didn’t seem to be a quiet, calm resort, but it wasn’t impossible to relax by the pool. The pool got pretty rowdy during the day and so did the lobby bar at night. There weren’t many options for bars, especially late. Everything is closed by 11, with only the lobby bar open that late. It’s very close to the main area in Playa del Carmen, but it would’ve been nice to stay on the resort for night life. Our room was the only downside. We did book the cheapest option, so we weren’t expecting the nicest room, but it was not kept up well. Friends in another room had a smart tv and we did not. I would definitely return, but I’d pay the money for a nicer room. Also, I wish they had the bracelets that open the rooms, because keeping up with a key card was difficult."

"The service and cleanliness of the hotel is above and beyond. The food was ok. A lot of them made of pork. Have an allergy. Not a lot of hyped up adult entertainments- or fun and energetic activities."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Amazing Stay at Hyatt Playa del Carmen! 🌴☀️ We had such an incredible stay at the Hyatt Playa del Carmen! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the entire experience was even better than we expected. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone we encountered was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure their guests were happy and having a great experience. The location is fantastic—close to everything, while still giving you that relaxing resort feeling. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the property itself was absolutely gorgeous. One of my favorite things was being able to step outside and immediately feel like I was on vacation. The atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings, the food, the service—it all came together perfectly. We made so many amazing memories during our trip, and the Hyatt Playa del Carmen was a huge part of that. I honestly didn’t want to leave! ❤️ If you’re considering staying here, book it! I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful resort, wonderful service, and an unforgettable experience in Playa del Carmen. Thank you to the entire Hyatt team for making our vacation so special. We can’t wait to come back! 🌴💙"

"Book privilege it was the best experience. Staff was so nice Alan was the butler assigned to us he was so sweet. The food was good I cant really say I have any complaints there. The whole fried fish and the Mahi Mahi amazing. Its not a party resort though just good for relaxation and the drinks are amazing"
