"The staff were amazing -- Melanie, Erik and Andres for entertainment were fantastic. Veni for service was wonderful. Carlos best bartender. Aaron was an amazing concierge. We had a great stay. My biggest complaint was the gym. Every lower body machine was broken and folks have said its like this for many months. Also NEED air conditioning in Azure restaurant. It was so uncomfortable in there. Otherwise great time. "

"To start off with, I received several emails from the hotel before I got there but not one of them said the pool was closed for repairs for the entire time I was there. They did offer access to the other hotels they own, but that is inconvenient when you want to just go to the pool and back to your room. Secondly, the all inclusive is not truly that… it’s all inclusive as long as you ONLY order what’s on the menu.. if you’re eating at the Mexican restaurant and you want guacamole with your dinner, you have to pay extra for that $11. All of the better cuts of meat and the better alcohols are extra too. Breakfast is the only buffet that they have other than that you have to order us a menu. I will say the staff were very friendly and flexible about issues. My check-in was very quick. That was also nice. "

"✅ THE GOOD The property was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and while the shower pressure was just okay, we had no complaints about the accommodations. The evening shows were entertaining and a nice way to wind down. The drinks were fine, nothing special. The Italian restaurant was by far our favourite. The location is a major plus. You're just a short walk from 5th Avenue, which is vibrant and perfect for an evening stroll. ❌ THE NOT-SO-GOOD The food at the main buffet and most restaurants left something to be desired. The menu caters heavily to an American palate, which may or may not suit you. The Italian restaurant was the clear exception. The biggest thing to know before booking: THERE IS NO BEACH. The waterfront is rocky, and if a sandy beach is on your must-have list, look elsewhere. Pool chairs are another frustration. Guests stake their claim before 8am, and the staff does nothing to enforce a fair-use policy. Good luck getting a lounger if you sleep in. The resort's vibe feels more like a retirement community. If you're looking for a lively, energetic resort vibe, this likely isn't your spot. Bottom line: Great if you want a clean, relaxed base near 5th Avenue. Not great if you want a beach, a variety of delicious food, or a more dynamic atmosphere."

"The food and drinks were excellent! The room was fantastic but did have plumbing problems which staff attended very quickly! Overall we loved our stay and would go back but were presented with charges that exceeded what Expedia had stated we woyld have to pay for activity fees and taxes. Our expedia bill stated we would be paying 440$ CAD Upon arrival but the price we were given by the hotel was 568$ USD. With conversion was almost double what we were told! Hotel stated it was an Expedia problem but have not yet spoken to Expedia about the issue yet! We will see! Anyhow it was an amazing time and do highly recommend this resort! "
