"This is our second time at Haciendas and overall it was a good trip. The food at the buffet is average, the food at the two restaurants that they offer is pretty good.. Highly recommend more restaurants and an espresso coffee shop. Unfortunately , the beach is all the seaweed! "

"Traveled with husband and 5 year old son. Rooms are remodeled but not done well. After check in we quickly discovered a wasp nest on our patio, staff came out after second call and did nothing but said it was not safe. First night of showers water leaked out of shower door into the common bathroom area and then to bedroom hall. We called and nothing was done. Third night a huge water cockroach was in shower, we called and they showed up 1 hour later with a bottle of raid. Staff was nice. Food was very mediocre, typical for a resort. Don’t count on enjoying beach here, maybe time of year but the tide was very high and many flies/bugs. Two great things - 1. The kids water park, My son truly enjoyed it and staff keeps it clean. 2. The spa, I had the best relaxing massage, well worth the money. "
