"Overall great family resort for kids of all ages, mine are 8/13/16, are super picky but really enjoyed the property overall. The beach itself was very well kept by the resort staff (no seaweed during our week) although the water was not clear at the shoreline like farther north in the hotel zone, but it didn't ruin the experience. No timeshare pitch, but they do the vacation club pitch. We got the free spa session and family pictures session for attending. The spa was great and the picture shoot was good. The shoot incl. a base package of 20 pics. We chose 60 pics & the largest book print which was around 350 USD cash which sounds pricey but compared to here in the states, not so much. The picture quality was surprisingly great & as we took most of our pics at the beach, the backdrop of the blue water & sky turned out GREAT for family photos. Honestly, the family picture book was a pleasant surprise & something I'm glad we did. The food quality and options were good. The bar used the basic cheap liquor for mixed drinks unless you asked for the upgrades which they did upon request. The activities at the resort were entertaining for the family. The circus/magic show & fire show on the beach was good and the kids loved the pool foam party staged over the swim up bar. The staff was very friendly & attentive. Overall, no complaints aside from it being overly humid in July. We will likely choose to stay at another Iberostar resort before committing to a membership. "

"Everything you could ever want is on the property. The staff was amazingly friendly. All the wild animals on the property made it very interesting and fun. Very nice property but well laid out never felt crowded at dinner‘s pool, beach, etc.."

"Oom Bubble Boutique is gorgeous and unique. Despite our late evening arrival, we received a warm welcome from Gabriella and quick tour to get our bearings. The front desk were extremely responsive to our WhatsApp messages throughout our stay. The bubbles are simple and stylish, with a tucked away toilet and both a bath and very comfortable bed in which to enjoy the night sky. We slept really well, serenaded by the jungle symphony. After a delicious breakfast, we enjoyed an amazing massage outside, under the shade of the trees, next to our private pool. After this we walked 500m to Cenotes 7 Bocas, recommended by Maritza, which was a beautiful way to end our short yet soulful stay at Oom Bubble Boutique. "

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride instead of making us arrange an expensive shuttle. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxing time, enjoyed the beautiful grounds, comfortable beds, and welcoming staff. Definitely would return on a future trip!"
