"Staff was amazing and very helpful. Kids loved the hotel. I recommend booking reservations for the restaurants, food was 100x better than the buffet. The buffet was good too but the restaurants were a hit. "

"Staff were friendly, on top of things, and easy to make requests. Although it would be easier for the staff if rooms had bins for recycling instead of them sorting through the trash bins. Also, our washroom keeps getting a pool of water whenever we shower because the door doesn't close or seal."
