They even called the on-call doctor when they saw I needed help. I felt safe and truly cared for. Spotless hotel, spacious room, very comfortable bed, and a lovely city-view balcony. Room service was a huge help during my first days. Perfect location with Chedraui (grocery store) right downstairs and the 5th & 38 Avenue and the beach just minutes away.
