"Very good, we've was in paradise! But in the bathroom to sleeky floor in shower room, no magnified mirror ( hard to shave) and in the best in my memory buffet almost not possible to read very small food tags with black background. And too many wild animals."

"The resort had a great layout. The rooms were clean and spacious with ampule amenities. It was well catered to all ages and a great spot for families with children. Lots of selection of places to eat with a wide variety of snack and al la cart restaurants. The food was consistent and delicious. The five swimming pools on site gave lots of options for places to hang out. The washroom facilities at the pools however were lacking as the was only one stall for the women. There would often be lineups when the pools were busy. Some of the pool loungers needed some tlc, particularly in the daisy section."

"The pool is great. The staff is great. The property is beautiful. Everything is very clean. The new decor is very nice. There is no door to separate the room from the tub. The shower floor is extremely slippery! Be very careful! I requested two specific rooms, next to each other. I was given the room numbers I requested BUT was not told they changed to sequence of numbers, therefore did NOT get the rooms I wanted. Also, expected to be on the Riviera side (which was supposed to be done by my check in) but was put in the Sunset side. The buffets are very small, not like they used to be with No fun theme nights. Not enough bar staff. The staff driving the little trolly on property are the fantastic! Hope you all are lucky enough to have Bernie as your driver! I have been to this resort 6 times and will continue to return with a knowledge to lower my expectations. Just not the same. "

"Blue Diamond was great when I first arrived, but unfortunately, the experience declined as my stay went on. I paid for four nights but only ended up staying three, as I chose to move to another all-inclusive resort for a day. Service was a consistent issue. The bellboys often kept guests waiting under the hot sun for over 10 minutes, and overall responsiveness was slow. For example, it took about 1 hour and 45 minutes for maintenance to come and fill the cold tub outside my room, which was quite frustrating. During breakfast, I noticed what felt like preferential treatment. I was one of the first to arrive but waited a long time and was only offered bread. Shortly after, a Caucasian couple arrived and were attended to immediately and offered more options. While I can’t say for certain, the difference in treatment was noticeable. Another issue was payment preference. There seemed to be a strong push for cash payments in USD. When I mentioned I preferred to use my card, the attitude of staff noticeably changed. As someone traveling from Canada, I didn’t have USD on hand, so this created an uncomfortable experience. Overall, while the property itself is beautiful, the service inconsistency makes it hard to fully recommend for an extended stay. It might be better suited for a short stay—one or two nights—rather than a longer visit, as the quality of experience seemed to decline over time."

"My first all inclusive and visiting Mexico. Girls getaway planned 4 nights at Hyatt Zilara and we loved everything about it. Buffet had many options, pool area was clean with many servers. The resort was quiet, peaceful and safe. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests. We also enjoyed the nightly entertainment."
