"Property is beautiful and conveniently laid out. The rooms and bathrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfortable. Great gym. Would have liked more dining options and pricing is somewhat excessive especially for food and drinks at the pool. Definitely recommend Casa Abuela. The staff was super efficient and could not have been nicer."

"Very nice hotel, it was my 3rd time and I already have plans to go back, pools are nice, food is incredible good, a lot of options with very good quality, staff is friendly, they always upgrade me to the platinum tier because my expedia status so that mean extra perks ;-) "
"This resort was small but cozy. I like that I was able to do all the activities on the daily agenda. The weather was beautiful, which allowed for ample time on the beach and pool usage. The staff was friendly and catered to our every need. "
Hacienda Tres Rios Resort, Spa & Nature Park-All Inclusive
2/10 Terrible
"Customer service is terrible. Complained to front desk and they stated had to make a report. After several reports nothing ever happened. Hotel room AC did not work our first night. They then changed us to another room that the hot water did not work. One day the entire hotel did not have hot water. Need to have more dining options especially for breakfast. We were not members so we only had the buffet restaurant for 4 day stay. Outside of our patio smelled from the water . Disappointed in our stay here. "
"Excellent service and facilities. In-room dining could be faster. Only issue we disliked is the time of wait for jeep from beach to rooms/lobby around 5-6pm. There are no signs or rules and guests do not respect if others have been waiting and cut the line all the time. Need for signs in multiple languages to control better the line. "
