"Had a great time for what it was worth. The room was very nice. We Couldn’t swim in the ocean or take any pictures because of the seaweed. I Guess July isn’t a good time to travel, and there weren’t really many food options on the resort. We couldn’t get any reservations because all the restaurants were booked during our whole stay. So we only ate at the buffet and they served the same thing every night."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise and had an absolutely fabulous holiday from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and provided the perfect setting for a fantastic getaway. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay — so friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Their excellent service really made a difference and helped make our holiday so special. Everything about our experience was fantastic, from the beautiful surroundings and atmosphere to the food, facilities, and overall service. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and were genuinely sad to leave. A huge thank you to all the team at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise for making our holiday so memorable. We would happily return and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fabulous holiday! 🌴☀️🍹"

"Love this place if you’re not looking for luxury. It has value though. Was disappointed that I saw an ad that they still had free airport shuttles. That’s not the case anymore. Watch out for mosquitos while in the tree areas and avoid restaurant seating near the trees. Beach is clean and free of sargassum but not great to swim in. Love the adult pool in the select club. Highly recommend booking a snorkeling trip with Scuba Libre on the beach at Sandos. So much fun to swim with Maria the turtle in the wild. I’ve booked diving trips with them too in past visits. I only ate from the buffet as I was a solo traveler for a 4 day stay and love that the food changes somewhat day to day. Al a carte dining has been fantastic in the past too. I would also recommend spending a little more and booking the spa with hydrotherapy, massage and mini facial. My poor old dried up Canadian skin feels 20 years younger!"

"The service was excellent and the grounds cozy and marvelous. The villas are spacious and well equipped. The restaurants serve exquisite authentic meals as well as more common staples. The only thing that prevents me from awarding five stars is the location of the resort. It is nestled in between two larger and busier resorts. You can hear club music blasting until late in the evening. A lot of foot traffic on the small beach makes the experience feel less luxurious, less exclusive."

"Ficamos no hotel do dia 21/8 ao 25/8. Esse hotel nos impressionou positivamente!! É impressionante a areia em frente as cabanas, a vibe das redes, o conforto da cabana. Estávamos em 4 pessoas e reservei o quarto com 3 camas, a terceira cama fica no mezanino, e meu filho adorou. O restaurante tem um café da manhã delicioso, e o jantar que já comprei na reserva é muito bem elaborado. Passamos muito bem estes dias. O que não ajudou foi a praia que estava com sargaço, mas o próprio staff do hotel limpava diariamente a areia. O hotel tem uma vibe romântica, calma e rústica. E apesar de ser na areia, e muito arborizado, não vimos aranhas, nem moscas, nem insetos no geral. Por ser cabana inicialmente fiquei com medo de encontrar paranhos, mas a limpeza é ótima. É próximo tanto de Cancún quanto de tulum, o centrinho de playa está super próximo, e como estávamos com carro alugado nossa logística foi ótima!"
