If you want a clean and fun getaway with lots of activities and a great nature feel, this is the place to go! Saw monkeys every day and even had a baby one knock on our balcony door, such an amazing and unique experience!

Sandos Caracol was fabulous! Fantastic and helpful staff, great food(El Tempo was a real treat and very entertaining for the whole family!). Everything was clean, from the public toilets, the pools to the grounds. I can't recommend this resort enough! We will be back!

Very unique eco resort, it is kid/family friendly wi the lots of things to do around. Food was 3 out of 5, restaurants closed and food needs improvement in terms of Mexican cuisine which as a tourist you would expect to immerse in the culture with the food. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Day activities need to be e better advertised or sync with the resorts web based app. I would recommend the resort

Everything was nice about the resort. We enjoyed our stay there. Unlike other reviews I think food was good and the wildlife was great. Beach was not great because of the sargassum but hotel crew were trying to clean it everyday. It is a great trip and we enjoyed it.

We loved our stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Amenities were great and the resort is family friendly. There was always something to do - pools, performances, beach, the kids club. The only thing we would change is the sales aspect. As soon as we stepped in, they immediately had someone trying to sell us a vacation membership. It’s the only reason we didn’t give it an excellent.

Staff super friendly. Property is beyond gorgeous with so much greenery jungle like feel and all the wildlife. Buffet food is mid but if you’re able to make reservations to the other food options is great! Buffet/restaurant hours are weird so there are gaps where there is no food available, they should provide some food carts while they have those turnover closures.

The staff was great, the entertainment was great. The beach smelled because of seaweed and the food was just ok. Making reservations at the restaurants were annoying, you have too basically get up at midnight to make reservations for the next day. I would stay there again

Everything was actually pretty great, except their dinner reservation part. We were there 5 nights and barely got in two dinners and that was only because I checked all the time for dinners. Ocean is as bad as I’ve ever seen. It honestly looked like there was baby poop in it and it stink. If you are going from beach and ocean this is not the place for you. Place was clean and staff were friendly.

Our stay was a bit of a let down. 3 employees randomly came into our room at random times, one of the times while my husband and I were in bed. We jumped out of bed and the employee pushed us out of the way and randomly started going into our room. We left and went to the pool, there was a guy in our room about 2 hours after. We were not aware of what was going on and we were very upset! We will not be returning to this resort. The resort is beautiful but the adult only pool was filled with hair, food, bugs, etc. The wildlife was absolutely amazing! Especially the monkeys and what not. That was a bonus, was the wildlife! The beach was not great, we ended up walking down 10 min to the right and swam there for a bit. All in all the stay was just okay!
