This is our 15th time coming to this resort. We are truly impressed by the renovation. It is beautiful and the food is amazing! As always the staff is incredible. A special thanks to Roberto at La Hacienda, Rubicell at the platinum bar, Alexis at the swim-up bar and Mireya who drives the shuttle cart.

My stay at resort was good. Staff great. Excellent staff as t the buffet made it knew what goods I couldn't eat. Great pick up and drop service to and from my room. I loved my room and swim out pool. But room had a little odor like mildew smell told staff they quickly changed filters and other things.

I loved our stay at the resort amazing staff amazing room everything was great Only issue I’ve had is the closing time for restaurants is 10pm and buffets ain’t have a lot of variety so everything was reservations despite that food from the restaurants were pretty good buffet food gets pretty tiring after a while of eating

Well worth the money. We stayed in a platinum longer pool room and were treated amazing the entire trip. The resort is massive. Trams run every ten minutes to move you around if you’d like. Very convenient. Spa is absolutely beautiful. Resort could use some tidying up. But all in all, it was gorgeous. Pools are so pretty. Well planned out resort. Restaurants and buffets are insanely good.

We really enjoyed our stay. We took full advantage of all the amenities. Mosquitos were really mean this season tho. Food has always been hit or miss at all the resorts I’ve stayed in. My family and I love “Flavor” and it just seems catered to those who like bland food. However, the restaurants made up for the buffet.

The staff was great and the resort was beautiful. The only thing I would change is the variety of food available and the locations where dinner is available; no one wants to walk to the main building everynight for dinner when you stay closer to the beach.

I went there two years ago previously before they did a renovation I went this month and the renovations to the property where beautiful who was great entertainment was great the only negative thing I have to complain about was the buffet same food every day no different themed or food items

Lovely grounds and liked all the pockets of pools. Food was good. Liked the water bottles in the room. Beach was nice, just nature brought in that sea grass. Lots of towels in good locations. Would suggest the resort post activities as QR code didn’t work well. Main Concourse had many small steps that were not highlighted well - people tripped. Also why would the shop only be open 3:30-10pm? Coffee best in morning. Also ice cream store closed too early. Otherwise a great resort!
