Beautiful resort! The room had an amazing view with a huge balcony. The food at all the resort restaurants was delicious. Sometimes the wait for a table at the restaurants was excessive, 1.5 hours+. I wish reservations had been available. Pools were cold, but clean. Loved the area with the 3 hot tubs, plenty of room for everyone. The beach area was clean; however, the swimming area was small. But also clear and clean. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

This is by far the most amazing place to stay. Everyone is so amazingly kind and welcoming and it’s refreshing to be in such a beautiful place with amazing rooms, great pools, and some of the best beachfront views and sand I’ve ever walked on. Hands down would recommend to anyone because nothing compares to the amazing rooftop pool, amazing food and great drinks and even the amazing nightclub and theater! 10/10 very pleasant time!

The property itself is beautiful and the staff when you could find them were great. But the hotel is understaffed and doesn’t have enough space to properly feed people. Expect to wait 10-20mins to be seated for breakfast and if you don’t line-up at 5:30 before the restaurants open at 6, you’ll end up waiting 2-3 hours to be seated. The pools and grounds are beautiful, the beach left much to be desired and finding a seat at the pool or the beach is almost as challenging as eating. There’s plenty of beautiful 5 star resorts out there, I’d skip this one and enjoy another.

From the moment we arrived it was clean and luxury. Even their daily cleans of the room were comprehensive. Special shoutout to the free activities at the beach (paddle boarding, kayaking, hobie cat, and others) the staff there were so helpful on knowledge surrounding the area. The lagoon all the way to the last pool were wonderful and provided a variety of calm to liveliness. The Cenotes were noticeably heated. I chose this resort specifically to have an all inclusive with good food and it was great. I could rave on and on about every detail, there was not one thing I would change.
