room was clean, our cleaner Sylvia was great, entertainment was awesome, shout out to the playmakers, Mojito and cowboy, our waiter Israel at the Buffet restaurant and the agent that checked us in Andres from front desk. the barmen were great also

Beach was great clean close, staff eas great especially guy name Franc at concierge and Niomi at spa were very customer oriented and respectful. Dine in appointments were little hard but concierge helped us. Rooms were clean. The only thing that i didn't like that water was stopped from 12-8am for maintenance.
