It’s a beautiful property. The staff was great although, my friend did have a few problems at check in and check out with one in particular lady. Make sure to keep all your receipts if you happen to buy anything and pay for at the time and not charge to the room. Other than that we had a wonderful time!

The entrance door had a huge gap at the bottom that was somehow beaten out of it. We had lukewarm water for the first three days, the shower drain didn't drain until we called a plumber. One towel rack was barely hanging on and the other one was completely gone with just screw holes as a reminder that it was once there. On top of that, we had COCKROACHES lurking in the bathroom!

We had a great stay in a very relaxing atmosphere! Being from the US I was very surprised as English was rarely heard during our stay and it took some gestures to talk to staff. I really didn't mind that at all. Chairs on the beach were not always easy to get and a lot of them just had towels on them to hold but no one on them. Breakfast and dinner were great, just make reservations in advance, before your trip. Lunch was an issue, no good options unless you want a burger and fries every single day. Making it to the buffet before it closed for lunch would probably be best. If you are looking for a workout, the gym is tiny so don't plan on too much. Overall, it was a great stay with a very nice room and staff and would recommend especially for the price!

The beach at this hotel was gorgeous. We left a hotel close to Mamitas Beach because of the sargassum and the smell and color. We made our way down to this hotel and it was wonderful. The staff was very attentive, the food was delicious, and the area was very quiet and cozy. Will definitely be back. We typically stay in the busier area of town, but a taxi ride was 10-15 min away and cost $100-200 pesos.

Everything was good except the room service . They never came and they claim 24hour room service . We waited for water for hours . Also they charged us a higher amount for the photo package than what was committed initially
