Amazing experience: exactly what we needed in Tulum We moved to Delek Tulum after having a disappointing experience at Azulik, and the difference was incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made our group feel comfortable and immediately turned our trip around. The property was clean, well maintained, and everything worked exactly as it should. The A/C kept the rooms comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the amenities were clean and fully functional, and having a beautiful pool to enjoy was a huge plus. What stood out the most, however, was the staff and the service. Everyone we interacted with was attentive, kind, and happy to help. The atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, which is exactly what you want when vacationing in Tulum. After moving hotels, we were finally able to relax and enjoy the rest of our vacation. Our entire group of six was very happy with the decision to stay at Delek. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Delek Tulum to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, welcoming place with excellent service. Friendly staff and polite! Good food! Lots of activities for the family

I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.
