"Room Cleanliness 8/10 Lobby Cleanliness 9/10 (Probably the most upkept part of the hotel) Pool Loungers 4/10. Pool 7/10 - the pools were big, but the tile felt slimey. Got the ickies towards the end. Beach view was really nice. Drinks were 9/10. Buffet 5/10 - Food tasted a day old and bread was stale. The fruit was fresh but everything else was mid. The tables and chairs were super dirty and stained, i mean at least get new covers. The restaurants in the hotel were super mid and furniture looked dated. Spa was a 2/10. Smelled soooo gross in the womens lockers, like urine & mold - the smell of musty towels and sewage. Usually when you walk into a spa it smells like Eucalyptus or Lavender in the lobby. Not the case here. They take you through a water journey which is Sauna- if you do a couples massage be aware if someone has the same slot as you they will join you. Massage was whatever - paif extra $80 for hot stones and was underwhlemed. The table where they give you a massage wasnt covered and i just didnt trust the cleanliness at all. The water in the hot tub and tile was also slimey. I asked for my money back of course they said no. Disappointed for sure. But overall we made the best of it. Not the worst, but definitely not 4-5 or 5 star hotel. Definitelu Mid and in DESPERATE need of updates."

"The food, the rooms, the view, the people, and the beach were very nice! My only suggestion is for the bar to offer better bottle brands, but if you are a beer drinker you will good! "

"Everything about this resort was fantastic. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted and welcomed by the very passionate staff who will gather your luggage and place them in a secured holding zone until check in. We arrived around 10:00am and check in time was not until 3:00pm. The concierge handed us towel cards and VIP cards that came with our specific room. We were able to enjoy every amenity on the property including the restaurants, buffet, pool, beach, and bars while we waited for check in. This trip was for me and my wife’s anniversary, in which the staff made very special for us with a personalized banner to put over our suit door, a bottle of champagne, and plate of chocolate strawberry’s with “Happy Anniversary” written in chocolate on the plate. The best restaurant was Azul, an Asian influenced menu. I would rate 7.9/10, the Italian would be second best (7.5/10) followed by the Mexican restaurant (7/10) and ending with the buffet (6/10). It is as good as you would expect dining for masses (think of cruise cuisine). Room was very clean, the bed was decent. The AC is very cold, but I am a warm body and woke up every day sweating. The only complaint I have is the very persistent sales people at the beach that hound you to purchase whatever they’re selling. The masseuses can also be a bit pushy to get bookings. It does get a bit agitating especially when you are just wanting relax and enjoy the beach and/or pool. Total overall resort rating 9.8/10. Will return !"

"This is not a large result. Decent food and somewhat clean rooms. It is dated though as seen through the maintenance. The pool is nice no swim up bar. The beach is small and ok."
