"Resort was clean and staff great but a different kind of resort for sure. I did not like the really loud music playing until 2am below my room nightly. i don't mind partying late but to hear in your room this late every single night was tough"

"The bell hop and some staff at restaurants were great. Having access to the beach resort was a plus. We received a relaxing treatment at the spa.The Krudo restaurant next to it was exceptional. The people at the concierge desk were not very nice and the outdoor hot tub and room jacuzzi were cold. The one on our balcony would'nt fill up. The food was okay. Same thing every single day for breakfast. It would have been nice to have access to more coffee. It was our second time there. We had a good time but will not be returning."

"The room was old. The TV didn't work. The staff was rude, even in their immediate vicinity (especially in the restaurants). The buffet wasn't big, but it was okay. The beach was covered in seaweed."
