Kukulcan Plaza Shopping Mall

We travel yearly to Mexico and this was my all-time favorite resort after 20+ years of traveling and staying at other places, ocean Maya Royale will be our go to next year. The staff is fabulous. I can’t name them all, but to give a few shout out Moses and entertainment Sandy at the breakfast buffet and Francisco, the bartender. But all the staff was great. The facilities are very nice and the food was really good

Nice hotel room but my partner fell in shower and busted his face open and the hotel recommended a very high priced hospital but the taxi driver gave us much better advice . The day after the staff didn’t even want to provide bandaids or alcohol swabs to clean his stitches . This is a “ok” resort …. The food was ok everything was just ok not 5 star at all would not go back to this particular resort ever

Resort was very clean. Not too many activities for night life or anything. Was for sure more of a relaxing stay, and very quiet. Food was okay, nothing to write home about. Staff was attentive and friendly.
