Zona Hotelera Holidays

The room was fairly clean, the shower was a little dirty and the sink kept clogging. The electricity was also not working well so some of the lights would not turn on and the outlets would not work at times.

Older building. Needs updating.

Everything was TOP TIER!!! Will definitely be back one day!!!

Clean room , good staff and best part is we had an amazing view! Everything was great and service was good!

This hotel is definitely geared towards young families. Lots if activities for the under 10 crowd. Not much for the plus 18's. The hotel itself is clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Also a very secure hotel. Not much to do past 9pm though so you'll need to go out for any nightlife. The a la carte restaurants could do with better training for staff. Most lacked proper serving etiquette such as a steak knife when ordering a steak and mentioning that wine is extra and not included in AI. The hotel is set up like a cruise ship but lacks the benefits of a cruise, dailey updates to guests on whats happening that day for example. No afults only area. Nor the ability to set reservations and not having food and drink available 24/7. We enjoyed our time here but in reality it was an expensive mid range hotel. Not a true resort sadly.
