"We spent 3 nights at this hotel. It was wonderful. It’s a smaller hotel compared to other we have been to before. Traveled with 12 and 6 yo. They have water slides, kids care, kids activities and entertainment. We didn’t try any of the morning activities such as yoga but they do have a daily schedule😁 Food was amazing, really great options, alcoholic drinks were great . We didn’t try all the restaurants but buffet had plenty of choices for us. Gym is big enough for your daily workouts. I want to stay again next time!"

"Breakfast area had enough food . Place was at full capacity and maybe they needed more people working because the wait was very long to get eggs . The restaurant by the pool also needed more people because every time you had to get food you had to wait for at least 30 minutes. The place is beautiful they just need to get more people to help especially when they know it’s at full capacity. Also the wait for the restaurants at night was really long . Again I think it’s because they didn’t have enough people working ."

"We had excellent service our entire trip, from check in, baggage handling, bartenders, bar servers, restaurant staff, housekeeping Playmakers and Security staff. We can’t wait to play our summer 2026 trip! Special shout out to the Quiet Pool bartenders who were close to our room and took great care of us all week. The Bash bartenders were always fast and friendly and remembered our drink orders."

"Food was great all around. Many options so never got tired of the choices. Overall great. Only some downsides: bed was not the most comfortable, resort credits were not what we thought that would be and having to get up extra early to claim chairs by the pool. "
