Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive

4/10 Poor

"Room was comfortable. A/C is locked in on specific temp while isn’t cool enough for even the coldest people. The TV connection is shawty at best, also received a strained phone call from the customer service desk in regards to if we had any issues subsequently as our TV was not connecting to our apps, as if the room were bugged, and they were listening in, although that may seem crazy I would not put it past them. The overall atmosphere is very mixed with a very diverse crowd. The food was so par at best the best thing was in the elite club restaurant, the Seabass. The morning breakfast buffet was also very tasty, but also became very boring overall probably would not stay in the same place if I went back to Cancun."

"Secret the Vine in Cancun, Mexico was a great resort. Some of the food were decent and some were great. The hotel was great and the staff was very helpful. The Hyatt app was useful and helps alot about, resturants, bars, activities and entertainment. Only down side I experinced was one of the enterainment at night was not accurate and the event wasn't hold on the night that I was there but it indicated that it was. Overall, my experince was great. I came with a group of 11 and we all had a blast. I would definitley come back again."

"This was the worst experience i paid for all inclusive .I tried to order 2 sandwiches for me and my quest .I was to that that was to much food .no swim up bar and the bartenders are rude and charge for semi premium alcohol .this was money that I could have kept .the food was horrible no meat offered at breakfast none.they don’t serve alcohol until after 11 am .if you are looking to party a little don’t go here you will be board out of your mind.worst vacation ever."
