We had an amazing stay at Loft. The place is located in a heart of Cancun,staff is friendly,my room had a goid view (partial ocean).If you are not looking for a beach resort this is a great option

Overall a good hotel in the hotel zone, staff are professional and courteous. We had a giant flight delay but they accommodated us with zero issues. I recommend if you want to stay somewhere central.

Did not like rooftop bar with no seating and slow service. I declined to get a free drink. Would rather pay for nicer experience. Sad that this is strongly advertised and poorly set up. Overall, I would rather pay more and have nicer hotel but appreciate the cheaper option.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a very pleasant experience. The service was great — the staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to all amenities, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The only downside was the elevator. It often took a very long time to arrive, and at times it would even skip my floor entirely while I was waiting. Because of that, I found myself taking the stairs most of the time, which wasn’t ideal. Aside from the elevator issue, everything else was great. I’d still recommend this hotel for its excellent service and location — just be prepared for a bit of a wait if you’re relying on the elevator!
