Rooftop 360 view is really breathtaking. Casino on site with a lot of tables. Convenient store on the left and HSBC ATMs too. Mall with broad food options. Room offers water boiler on request which don't easily get in Cancun hotels. Only flaw is maybe there's no beach since it's situated at the lagoon side.

I liked that the parking was free a bit of a walk to get to the parking since they share it with the shopping plaza but good. Excellent and friendly staff!! We did notice that they didn’t change the sheets once not sure of the other days. It’s close to the beach maybe like a 10 minute walk. Pool is a good size and you can enjoy the view of the lake and the ferris wheel. Like a 10 minute drive to get the ferry to go to isla mujeres. Maybe like 10 minutes from the Cancun sign.

The staff was amazing, in spite of the challenges we gave them. The pool and bar were beautiful and accommodating. Beautiful shopping mall accessible from inside the hotel. Can't say enough good things about the hotel.

Coffee machine did not work, it crumples the capsules, Refrigerator door unable to close. Shower handle has a rusted metal parts, disconnected from the body of the diverter and fell on the foot. Front desk receptionist was informed.
