Good stay!! Check in and check out was very smooth. We were assisted by Guillermo upon arrival who was amazing at helping us book massages, a trip to isla mujeres and setting up dinner reservations. The food was ok. Many other people have reviewed the quality of the food and they were right. There are better options outside the hotel. The best restaurant for the breakfast is the one in their sister hotel. The property was beautiful and very instagramable. Will return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at GR Solaris Cancun! One of the things that stood out to us the most was how clean and well-maintained the entire resort was. The bathrooms throughout the resort were exceptionally clean and were constantly being checked and maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was willing to assist and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The restaurants were also nice, clean, and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the variety of food options available. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff—they did a fantastic job! Our room was cleaned beautifully every day, and they kept our refrigerator stocked, which was such a nice convenience. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at GR Solaris Cancun. The cleanliness, wonderful staff, and excellent housekeeping really made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again! 🌴☀️🏖️ Outstanding staff: Claudia G. Marketing one. This resort is for the older crowd. Although you're able to go to the other resorts, if you're looking to party this is not the resort. I would say 45+. The food is okay. The only place that was good to eat was the steakhouse on the main resort Royal Solaris. The room was spacious and clean. Very clean actually. The commute is about 30 minutes from all main attractions. Front Fesk staff was very nice. Please ensure when booking transportation you triple check and call prior to arrival. They did not pick us up from the airport.

Loved the property. The staff were amazing. Everything was super clean. My only complaints are communication was not very good and the presentation to join the club. Other guests that had been there before helped us out on where things were and what to do. The presentation lasted way longer than it was supposed to and they were too pushy. We felt like we were being held hostage. It would be awesome to have a swim up bar and more adults only options at the all inclusive part of the hotel. All in all, I loved it and would definitely go back.

I’ve stayed at a lot of resorts in Cancun and this is one of my top resorts to stay at you have two resorts in one multiple restaurants multiple buffets multiple pools. All the staff is great and helpful. They always have events going on Great for kids on one side and Great for adults on the other side.

Overall well experience with the resort and all its inclusive amenities. For the most part the staff was friendly and helpful. Cancun is a tourist location, so prices are reflective of this aspect outside the hotel and some non-inclusive parts of the hotel (e.g. SPA massages, and trips outside the hotel)
