The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We asked to move to a room closer to the elevators and they immediately found us a new room They keep all areas spotless, and the breakfast buffet has a great selection. Shout out to Paola in Sabor and Mr. Ariel in maintenance.

Overall everything was good here. You could tell there were some tired parts to the hotel, but staff were very friendly on check in, everything was clean, many pools to choose from. We got upgraded at no charge to a suite upon check in, and it was great to have so much room! We ate on the patio of the sports bar one day. Food was good, but pricey. This is not a 5 star resort, but price was right, bed was comfortable, area was safe, fantastic view of the Caribbean Sea. Would stay here again.
