"It is a beautiful property; the staff is very polite and helpful. The A La Carte restaurants are great. We did not enjoy the Japanese interactive as much however all the others were great. The only thing I would change or add is a nice piano bar. It’s not a party hotel so everything closes down at midnight just an FYI"

"What an incredible experience! The resort with three different hotels made the location enormous in size. Villa de Palmar was incredible, Hotel Garza Blanca was beautiful and the Hotel Mousai was state of the art adult area and we happened to enjoy all three hotels. The accommodations, the pools, the beach, and especially the food were above par attached with a very friendly wait staff. We will return soon!"

"If you are wanting to get in the beach water this is not the place. The water was very dirty. The room itself was beautiful and the view was beautiful. Checkout was a headache they probably should offer the champagne for checking out process. The restaurants were nice but I had better food exploring other restaurants outside the hotel."

"A parte de que todo en Cancún es super caro las personas que viven ahí te ven con un símbolo de dolar nada es suficiente les pagas un servicio, un tour o una simple vuelta en taxi y siempre quieren mas propinas y propinas y si no les dejas a veces hasta se molestan, sabiendo que pagaste ya un servicio, isla mujeres el lugar mas caro del todo Cancun de verdad los precio como si fueras millonarios si no vas con alguien conocido te van a estafar en cualquier cosa que compres mucho cuidado, en la playa y los restaurantes que te pueden robar tus pertenencias y no te molestes en llamar a la policía nunca van a aparecer…"

"We loved this place. All staff members were amazing; they were fun and very kind. I recommend the rooftop restaurant and pool. The food and service are incredible. My daughters-in-law and I had a blast, great vacation. Very clean, outrageous staff, beautiful balcony view with a jacuzzi spa, total relaxation. This place is wonderful for adults who want a nice quiet place to relax."
