"We loved our stay here - it was so relaxing and the perfect place for couples to enjoy. The resort was beautiful and everything was very clean - we loved our room. Only thing is we were supposed to have an ocean view but mostly were facing the water park next to the property. The food was great - the beach/pool menu was our favorite as well as Seasalt the rooftop restaurant. We would recommend grabbing a drink at Seasalt before dinner to enjoy the views and watchthe sunset. The infinity pool next to Seasalt is also gorgeous. Overall, we loved our trip and enjoyed the customer service. During our stay, there were a few hiccups, such as not being able to order room service during the day (no one answered, and it is supposed to be 24/7), but we were able to get through and order other mornings. It also seems like at times they are short staffed - there was one morning we went to Boga for breakfast right and they said the wait for an indoor or outdoor table was very long. We ended up just seating ourselves and going to the buffet and taco station. These were all minor and otherwise we felt like the service was great. Would recommend this hotel for a relaxing romantic getaway!"
